From I-95 and Points West on Hwy 278
Take Exit 8 off I-95 onto Hwy 278 East and follow 278 East (approximately 20 miles from I-95) until you cross the Intracoastal Waterway over two bridges onto Hilton Head Island.
Just past the 2nd traffic light, Hwy 278 will split. William Hilton Parkway (Bus 278 East) will split to the right, and the Cross Island Parkway (278 East) will fork to the left. Stay to the right onto Bus 278 East.
At the 3rd traffic light after the split (there will be a Wendy’s on the right hand corner), turn right onto Pembroke Drive. The Outpatient Surgery Center of Hilton Head will be approximately ½ mile on the right. Immediately past the sign for the Center, turn right and take an immediate right turn into the parking lot.
From the South End of Hilton Head Island
Take the Cross Island Parkway west to the Gumtree Road exit and turn right at the end of the ramp onto Bus 278 East. At the 2nd traffic light (at Wendy’s), turn right onto Pembroke Drive and proceed as above.
From the Mid-Island Areas of Hilton Head Island
Take Bus 278 West to the traffic light at the main entrances to Hilton Head Plantation and Indigo Run Plantation. Turn left toward Indigo Run. At the traffic circle, go ¼ of the way around the circle and turn right onto Pembroke Drive. Take the first left turn, immediately before the sign to the Outpatient Surgery Center of Hilton Head and then the immediate right turn into the parking lot.
