What should I do if I have any problems at home after surgery?
You can call your Surgeon’s office anytime day or night. You may also call our facility between the hours of 7am and 5pm, if you are having trouble getting in touch with your Surgeon.
Who can I receive a bill from?
We will bill you only for our facility fees and supplies used. This does not include any fees for the physician/surgeon, anesthesiologist, lab, or pathology work done in conjunction with your surgery.
Your surgeon’s fees are separate so you can receive a bill from your surgeon. You will receive a bill from Palmetto Anesthesia and Pain Services if you undergo anesthesia during your procedure. If a specimen is sent to the lab or pathologist, you will receive a bill from BX/DX (Biopsy Diagnostics).
